Terms & Conditions

DrugDesk provides an online learning platform for UK pharmacy students. You can reach us at privacy@drugdesk.co.uk. These terms are written in English and governed by the law of England and Wales.

• You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate registration details.
• Your account is personal to you. Do not share your login or let anyone else study on your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity carried out under your account.
• Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

DrugDesk is a revision aid for students. It is not clinical, medical, pharmaceutical or professional advice, and it must never be used to make decisions about the care of a patient or the supply of a medicine.

• Always confirm clinical information against the current BNF, NICE guidance, your local formulary and your own course materials.
• AI-generated explanations, questions and flashcards can be incomplete or wrong; verify anything you intend to rely on.
• DrugDesk is not affiliated with, endorsed by or examined by any university, the GPhC or the NHS, and using it does not guarantee any grade or exam result.

• Do not copy, scrape, resell, publish or redistribute DrugDesk content, question banks or lessons.
• Do not use DrugDesk to cheat in an assessment, or in any way that breaches your university's academic conduct rules.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful or patient-identifiable material, or attempt to reverse engineer, overload or bypass the security of the platform.
• Do not use automated tools to access the service or to generate bulk AI requests.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, and where the breach is serious we may do so without notice.

• The free plan is offered as-is and includes usage limits, such as a capped number of AI tutor questions each month.
• DrugDesk Pro is priced at £6.99 per month. Founding members who join the waitlist before launch keep that price for as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
• Joining the waitlist is free, creates no obligation to subscribe and is not a contract for the supply of a paid service.
• When paid subscriptions launch, they will renew automatically each month until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from Settings with access continuing to the end of the paid period.
• Prices include VAT where applicable. We may change prices for future billing periods and will give you at least 30 days' notice by email.

As a consumer you have 14 days from the start of a paid subscription to cancel for a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start the service immediately and then cancel within that period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already provided. Email privacy@drugdesk.co.uk to cancel.

DrugDesk and all lessons, question banks, designs, code and branding remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your own study while your account is active. Notes, answers and feedback you create remain yours; you grant us a licence to host and process them so we can operate the service and improve content quality in aggregated form.

We aim to keep DrugDesk available at all times but it is provided without any uptime guarantee, and we may carry out maintenance, add or remove features, or change content. We will not remove features you have paid for without offering a pro-rata refund.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. We are not liable for loss caused by reliance on educational or AI-generated content, for exam or academic outcomes, or for indirect or consequential loss. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months or £100. Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

You may stop using DrugDesk and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end this agreement by giving you reasonable notice, or immediately if you breach these terms. On termination your licence ends and your data is handled as described in our privacy policy.

If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may transfer this agreement as part of a business sale, and we will tell you if that happens. These terms and any dispute are subject to the law of England and Wales and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes before they take effect.
