01 — The Problem
Pharmacy revision shouldn’t mean 30 tabs and 15 PDFs.
Pharmacy is an incredible degree, but revising it can sometimes feel unnecessarily complicated.
Lecture slides are spread across different places. Notes are everywhere. Practice questions are in another resource. Flashcards are somewhere else. And before you know it, you’re jumping between countless tabs just to revise a single topic.
I kept thinking:
“Why isn’t all of this in one place?”
That question became the beginning of DrugDesk.
02 — The Idea
I wanted the revision platform I couldn’t find.
DrugDesk started with a simple idea: create a revision platform designed specifically around the way pharmacy students actually learn.
A place where students can understand a topic, practise it, test themselves, revisit difficult concepts and track their progress — without having to piece everything together themselves.

03 — Building DrugDesk
Instead of waiting for someone else to build it, I decided to build it myself.
DrugDesk is being developed alongside my own pharmacy degree, which means I understand what it feels like to sit down with a huge amount of content and wonder where on earth to start.
I’m constantly learning, experimenting and improving the platform alongside my studies.
The goal isn’t simply to create another revision website.
It’s to create something that genuinely makes studying pharmacy feel more manageable, more engaging and more effective.

04 — The Mission
Make pharmacy revision more accessible, engaging and genuinely useful.
I want DrugDesk to become a place where pharmacy students can come when they don’t just want more information — they want to actually understand what they’re learning.
That means turning complicated topics into clear explanations, connecting pharmacology to clinical practice, creating meaningful questions and helping students recognise what they really need to know for their exams.
And I want the platform to keep improving.

05 — Built With Students
DrugDesk isn’t finished — and that’s intentional.
I’m building DrugDesk with pharmacy students, not just for pharmacy students.
The students using DrugDesk during this early stage are helping shape what it becomes.

If something is confusing, I want to know.
If there’s a topic, feature or resource you wish existed, I want to know.

❤️ A Message From Fatma
Hi, I’m Fatma.
I’m a pharmacy student at UCL, and DrugDesk started with a really simple idea: Pharmacy students deserve better revision tools.
Like so many students, I found myself jumping between lecture slides, notes, textbooks, flashcards, question banks and countless browser tabs just to revise one topic.
I kept thinking, ‘Why isn’t all of this in one place?’
So instead of waiting for someone else to build it, I decided to build it myself.
DrugDesk is my attempt to bring pharmacy revision into one place — combining structured lessons, clinical cases, quizzes, flashcards, progress tracking and AI-powered support in a way that’s actually designed around the way pharmacy students learn.
But DrugDesk isn’t finished.
I’m building it alongside my own pharmacy degree, which means the platform is constantly evolving as I learn, listen to students and discover better ways to revise.
